What are the delivery times for your products?

We take one day to process your order, then 1 to 3 weeks to deliver it to you.

Where do you ship your products from?

Products are mainly shipped from Europe (Spain and Lithuania) for the European markets and from the United States for the American market.

Do you provide tracking information/product tracking?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number one to three days after your order is confirmed.

Items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products may be shipped separately depending on your order. If it contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, then there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: edouardgribias@tegramo.fr and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
